LEO will be at the UKRI ‘Smart local energy systems: unlocking net zero’ event that is running from 19th to 22nd July. This is a four-day virtual exploration of smart local energy systems and their potential in the race to net zero.

This online event will be exploring UKRI-funded energy system projects around the UK such as Project LEO and is an opportunity to find out about latest research, the lessons being learnt and the hurdles found on the way.

There will be expert speakers from LEO and other UKRI-funded projects. We will also have a virtual Project LEO booth with opportunities to speak to a member of the team 1:1.

There are six varied 1½ hour sessions across four days, with the opportunity to pick and choose the sessions you wish to attend
